Tadweer and Dubal acquire 100% of Enviroserve

Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding have signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of e-waste specialist Enviroserve, in an equal share deal.

General counsel Seif Radwan Hijazi (pictured above) led Tadwer Group’s team. Willem Pretorius was the responsible legal counsel for Dubal. Afridi & Angell worked as an advisor both for Tadweer and Dubal on the transaction.

Founded in 2004 and head-quartered in Dubai, Enviroserve focuses on recycling waste from electrical and electronic equipment generated in the Middle East, Africa and Caucasus region.
