Shalakany Triumphs in Factory Retrieval Case 

In a significant legal victory, Shalakany has accomplished the successful enforcement of a final ruling securing the retrieval of a factory on behalf of one of its esteemed clients, a multinational consumer goods company. This accomplishment follows a series of strategic legal maneuvers that began with a favoruable appeal ruling obtained by Shalakany in the year 2023. 

The enforcement process was initiated in October 2023 and was successfully completed with the coercive retrieval of the factory, through the competent authorities, in December 2023. The fast pace of completion of the enforcement process serves is evidence of how efficient the enforcement regime in Egypt can be if the legal strategy that is devised and implemented is comprehensive and sound.
