Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) is pleased to announce its role as legal counsel to Tasaheel for Financing S.A.E. (Tasaheel) in a significant securitization transaction amounting to EGP 3.34 billion. This transaction marks the third issuance under Tasaheel’s second securitization program, totaling an aggregate value of EGP 3.34 billion.
The expert legal team at MBH, led by Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Partner and Head of Capital Markets, along with Partner Ashraf Hendi, played a pivotal role in advising Tasaheel on this complex securitization venture. The team also included Khaled Abdul Wahab as Senior Associate, Esraa El Sayyad and Habiba Tarek El Naggar as Associates, and Aya Omar as Junior Associate.
The involvement of prominent entities added further strength to the transaction. Commercial International Bank (CIB) contributed as the financial advisor, while KPMG International (KPMG) took on the role of Auditor.
