I&P with Bank of China in the Huawei – Egypt Telecom Project

Ibrachy Legal Consultancy (I&P) has acted as legal advisor for Bank of China in facilitating receivables finance for Huawei’s phase IV project with Egypt Telecom.  

The firm assisted in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, providing legal advice on Egyptian law aspects, and issuing a legal opinion on the validity and enforceability of the transaction documents.  

The team was led by Ashraf Elibrachy (pictured) and included Sara Elshaarawy and Mostafa El–Shafei.
