Baker Botts Aids Malaz Capital in Ram Medical Clinics Equity Deal
Malaz Capital, the independent investment management firm based in Saudi Arabia, has completed the acquisition of an equity stake in Ram Medical Clinics Company. Ram Medical Clinics is a prominent healthcare service provider in Saudi Arabia owning a chain of clinics specializing in dentistry and dermatology.
This acquisition marks Malaz Capital’s investment under the Malaz Saudi Healthcare Opportunities Fund, a private equity fund established by Malaz Capital and licensed by the Capital Market Authority.
The Office of Mohanned bin Saud Al-Rasheed in Association with Baker Botts represented Malaz Capital in relation to all aspects of the acquisition.
