Al Tamimi & Company Advises on Prophet’s Mosque Telecom Deal
Al Tamimi & Company Saudi Arabia has provided legal counsel to the National Center for Privatization (NCP), Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MCIT) and Al-Madinah Region Development Authority (MDA) in the completion of a successful Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement between MDA and TAWAL.
The agreement aims to enhance the telecommunications infrastructure at the Prophet’s Mosque through a neutral host model, promising to greatly improve the visitor experience.
The team was led by Senior Counsel Fouad Sindi (pictured) and consisted of Partner and Head of the Jeddah Office Ahmed Basrawi, former Digital & Data Senior Counsel Simon Stokes, and trainee solicitor Rana Sharaf.
