Faqir leads the Restructuring and Capital Solutions practice in MENA, offering comprehensive counsel on cross-border restructuring matters and special situations, leveraging both conventional and Islamic finance structures.
Ibrahim Attar, Global Transactions, Riyadh
With a background in high-profile IPOs and M&A transactions, Attar brings a wealth of experience in corporate law, capital markets, and regulatory compliance to the Riyadh team. His expertise extends to merger control, public and private M&A, and regulatory advisory.
Amr Omran, Dispute Resolution, Dubai
Omran specializes in international arbitration and global projects disputes, with a focus on construction and commercial arbitrations. He has represented clients in significant disputes under various arbitration rules and is actively involved in industry associations and arbitration committees.
