Eversheds Sutherland: Foursan Group acquires into Mena Solutions 

International law firm Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised its longstanding client, Foursan Group, on its recent acquisition of a minority stake (21%) in Mena Solutions Limited (Mena Solutions). 

Foursan Group, a specialized private equity firm, focuses on investing in companies based in the Levant and North Africa, operating across various industries. The group strategically targets companies with accelerated growth potential and regional or international expansion opportunities, aiming to cultivate successful national and regional enterprises. 

Mena Solutions Limited, operating under the brand name ‘MenaITech,’ is a software company registered in the Cayman Islands. With a strong presence in the MENA region, particularly in Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, MenaITech specializes in providing innovative human resources technology solutions.
