AS&H Clifford Chance promotes Saad Al-Dileym to Counsel
AS&H Clifford Chance has promoted Saad Al-Dileym (pictured) to the position of Counsel, effective from 1 July 2023.
Al-Dileym brings a wealth of expertise in public policy matters and legislative drafting. He has provided advisory services to various ministries, strategic national regulatory initiatives, and large-scale projects, focusing on regulatory frameworks that go beyond the scope of existing economic laws. Notably, he has played a leading role in several regulatory projects involving the development of new laws and regulations.
Having served for over two years in the Laws and Regulations Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Al-Dileym has acquired extensive experience in legislative drafting. During his tenure, he contributed to the drafting of key legislation such as the Commercial Law, Off Plan Sales Law, Real Estate Regulations, and Geographical Indications Law. Since joining the firm, he has been actively involved in the drafting process of the new Insolvency Law, showcasing his dedication to shaping impactful legal frameworks.
