TSFE and Tanweer Unite for Cosmic Village School Development
Under the legal guidance of ADSERO, The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) has entered into a strategic partnership with Tanweer for Educational Services, marking a significant step in the development of the fifth school in the Cosmic Village, 6th of October City.
Under this agreement, Tanweer will spearhead the establishment of a distinguished French-language school, slated to commence operations by September 2025. The school aims to accommodate 2,500 students annually, providing a high-quality educational environment.
The ADSERO legal team, led by Partners Mohamed Abdelgawad (pictured left) and Ahmed Adib (pictured right), along with Managing Associates Farida Banany, Abd El-Rahman Khattab, and Junior Associate Farah Kassem, played a crucial role in advising TSFE on the intricacies of this partnership.

This partnership follows the recent inauguration of four schools in the first phase of the Cosmic Village development project, where Hafez & Partners acted as counsel to TSFE.
The Cosmic Village project’s first phase includes the establishment of five schools and a sports club, emphasizing TSFE’s dedication to comprehensive community development. The ownership of Cosmic Village’s land was officially transferred to TSFE through Presidential Decree No. 459 of 2020.
