Trowers Advises Core42 On Securing Strategic Loan Facility 

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has acted as the English and UAE counsel to Injazat Data Systems in relation to a secured term loan facility availed from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. 

Injazat, now rebranded as Core42, is a prominent digital transformation provider offering a wide range of technological solutions for Enterprise AI and national-scale AI programs. 

The transaction, completed on February 21, 2024, involved Trowers advising on the banking aspects, including reviewing and negotiating finance documents and providing essential legal opinions.
