Having held key positions at renowned firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Shearman & Sterling, and Obeid & Partners, Dayton has a distinguished career representing clients in international commercial arbitrations and investor-state arbitrations. His specialization extends to handling complex construction and commercial disputes across various industries, including chemicals, power plants, steel, oil and gas, and agriculture.
Dayton has transitioned from practicing law in the United States to Dubai nearly a decade ago. During his tenure in the US, he successfully represented clients before US courts and administrative agencies, including the US Supreme Court, providing him with invaluable insight into the US legal system.

At the end of last year, Squire Patton Boggs obtained its law license in Saudi Arabia and opened an office in Beirut.
