NJA Welcomes Taj Awad as Head of Litigation 

NJA Jasim Al Haddad Advocates & Legal Consultants (NJA) has appointed Taj Awad (pictured), a seasoned legal professional, as the new Head of Litigation. 

With over three decades of experience, Awad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. His previous role as VP – Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Litigation at Dubai Islamic Bank highlights his proficiency in corporate commercial contracting and banking law, particularly in the Islamic financial sector. His extensive experience in handling intricate legal matters further strengthens the team. 

Awad’s diverse background includes serving as a Judge in the Sudanese Judiciary, where he gained valuable insights into civil, commercial, and family law. Additionally, his tenure as a senior criminal investigator for the Abu Dhabi Police adds depth to his understanding of legal complexities.
