Sherry El Shalakany joins Shalakany’s Partnership
Egypt-based law firm, Shalakany has elected Sherry El Shalakany (pictured) to its partnership.
Sherry El Shalakany joined the Firm in November 2007 in the Corporate Department up to date. Her practice includes corporate & commercial, banking, labour and employment, project financing, taxes and capital markets.
El Shalakany worked on numerous m&a transactions involving advanced level of due-diligence report, attending extensive negotiations and drafting the necessary transactional documents.
