Pinsent Masons Vario has unveiled its presence in the Middle East, launching its flexible services business from the firm’s Dubai office. This expansion marks a strategic move to enhance the firm’s professional and legal services offerings in the region.
As part of this initiative, senior legal counsel Britta Spachtholz will relocate to Dubai to engage with clients across the Middle East, demonstrating Pinsent Masons’ commitment to further establishing its presence in the region.
The launch of Pinsent Masons’ Abu Dhabi representative office and its regulatory approval in Saudi Arabia precedes this move, underscoring the firm’s dedication to the Middle East market.

Vario Flexible Services, which matches clients with experienced flexible lawyers to support specific projects and address capacity issues in busy in-house legal teams, will offer a valuable resource for legal talent in the UAE while enhancing Pinsent Masons’ service offerings.
