OGH Legal Facilitates Establishment of Flex Asepto Egypt 

OGH Legal assisted Flex Group in the establishment of a new legal entity, Flex Asepto Egypt, a top manufacturer of packaging products. The process involved collaboration with the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (“SCZone”), and OGH provided comprehensive legal assistance throughout the entire incorporation process.   

OGH provided comprehensive assistance to Flex throughout the entire process, from preparing the required documents related to the incorporation of Flex Asepto Egypt, to offering strategic counsel on the intricacies of the entire project. The establishment of the new company reflects the commitment of Flex to the EG economy and its extensive cooperation with OGH.
