Mohamed Ezz Elden named Director of Legal, Ethics, Compliance & Quality

Novo Nordisk has recently appointed Mohamed Ezz Elden (pictured) as the Director of Legal, Ethics, Compliance & Quality. This appointment comes after Ezz Elden’s successful stint as the Head of Legal & Compliance and acting Data Protection Officer at the company. 

Ezz Elden brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked both as an in-house lawyer and as an external advisor in law firms. 

Before joining Novo Nordisk, he spent several years working in the corporate legal services field at the International Center for Legal Services. Following that, Ezz Elden supported Tharwat Group companies in different oil and gas businesses at Sinotharwa Drilling Co. 

Ezz Elden then moved to CI capital Holding Co. followed by an associate role at Ibrachy and Dermarkar Law Firm, where he gained valuable experience in litigation and court proceedings while representing prestigious multinational companies operating in Egypt. 

In addition to his corporate and litigation experience, Ezz Elden has also acted as a cluster compliance officer and represented Africa in the global legal and compliance committee while heading the legal department at Danone Egypt. 

Ezz Elden’s experience in both corporate and legal matters, as well as their expertise in compliance and data protection, will be invaluable in their new role at Novo Nordisk.
