MBH Advises Azorra on Acquisition of 12 Aircraft from EGYPTAIR
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) recently served as legal counsel to Azorra, an aircraft leasing company, in its acquisition of 12 Airbus A220-300s from EGYPTAIR.
The acquisition is part of Azorra’s strategic efforts to support EGYPTAIR’s ongoing fleet transformation and expand its services for passengers.
These 12 aircraft from EGYPTAIR are set to complement Azorra’s existing A220 orderbook, with a significant portion already allocated to airline customers worldwide.
