Latham & Watkins with Stitch on USD 25M series A funding round
Latham & Watkins has advised Stitch, an AI-native operating system for financial institutions, on its USD 25 million series A funding round.
The round was led by a16z, with participation from existing investors Arbor Ventures, COTU Ventures, Raed Ventures, and SVC and is a16z’s first investment in the GCC.

Dubai-based partners Eyad Latif (pictured left) and Omar Maayeh (pictured right) led the firm lineup on the matter, working alongside associates Rehab Abdelwahab, Shane Visram, and Shiva Dakhili. Moreover, Riyadh partner Brian Meenagh, with Dubai associate Fady Saleh, advised on IP matters.
