DLA Piper with DTC on National Taxi acquisition

DLA Piper advised Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) on its approximately AED 1.45 billion acquisition of National Taxi, a UAE-based operator active in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The transaction expands DTC’s geographic coverage across the UAE.
