K&A with Saudi Fransi Capital and EFG Hermes

K&A acted on Miahona Company’s initial public offering and listing on the main market of the Saudi Exchange, raising over US$ 148 million. K&A acted as the legal adviser to Saudi Fransi Capital and EFG Hermes, the joint financial advisers, underwriters and bookrunners on the IPO.

This strategic move reflects Miahona’s aim to expand its footprint and leverage emerging opportunities within the water cycle management sector.
