Hourani’s new addition: partner Nadim Khan
Banking and finance specialist Nadim Khan joins Hourani & Partners as partner and head of the firm’s banking & finance practice group.
The profile
Nadim Khan’s expertise spans a plethora of legal areas, including general banking, Islamic finance, development financing, restructuring, asset finance, and financial regulatory compliance. He regularly advises both regional and international financial institutions, as well as governmental entities, multinationals, family offices, and corporate clients.
Khan’s experience in structuring financial products is expected to contribute to the firm’s services in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East region, addressing the growing demand for specialised legal advice across the financial sector.
Prior to joining Hourani & Partners, Nadim Khan led the Middle East finance and global Islamic finance practices at several international law firms, including Jones Day.
