Joining the Riyadh office from White & Case, Jad Slim has actively participated to high-profile Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions in the Kingdom.
The profile
As a capital markets specialist with more than 10 years of regional experience, Jad often advises on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings, and other ECM workstreams. Jad’s expertise extends Beyond ECM, spanning broader regulatory advisory and corporate structuring, as well as first-hand insight into e-commerce operations, compliance, and regulatory engagement. His sector-specific focus lays on employment, banking, real estate, energy, healthcare, IT, and retail.
