Giza Systems Secures Dual-Tranche Financing. The advisors
Giza Systems, a prominent technology solutions provider, has successfully secured financing totaling USD 84 million for a Murabaha facility and EGP 2.82 billion for a Mudharaba facility. These funds are structured to support the expansion initiatives of Giza Systems and VAS Integrated Solutions, both subsidiaries of stc. The financing facilities were made available through a syndicate of financiers led by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt.
In a collaborative effort, Sharkawy & Sarhan Law Firm acted as the Egyptian legal adviser working alongside Addleshaw Goddard Middle East, with Partner Homam Khoshaim (pictured right) leading the English legal advisory for Giza Systems.
