Dreny & Partners on the sale of Fancy Foods to Edita Food Industries  

Dreny & Partners successfully represented the shareholders of Fancy Foods in the acquisition of 100% of the shares by Edita Food Industries, a prominent player in the food manufacturing industry, in a transaction valued at EGP 380 million. 

Fancy Foods has established itself in the frozen bakery sector, specializing in the production of a wide range of frozen pastries, bread, and confectionery.
