Clyde & Co hires new aviation partner
Clyde & Co expands its aviation team with the hire of Bushra Abu-Tayeh (pictured), joining the firm as a partner in its Dubai office.
Abu-Tayeh moves from Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai, where she led the aviation practice within the transport and insurance department.
Her practice spans aviation liability, regulatory and government advisory, private aviation transactions, aircraft leasing, and asset enforcement, including aircraft grounding, repossession and export under the Cape Town Convention. She also advises on wider transport and mobility matters.
The comment

The regional aviation sector continues to see strong underlying growth driven by fleet expansion, infrastructure investment and increasing connectivity, but amid ongoing regional tensions, it is more important than ever that we continue to strengthen our on-the-ground capabilities […]”.
