Clifford Chance with Sienna Real Estate on Berlin property purchase
Clifford Chance, the global law firm, provided legal counsel to Sienna Real Estate, representing Kuwait’s Saud Al Rashed family office, in the acquisition of a prominent retail commercial property located at Malchower Chaussee 10 in Berlin. The property, spanning 14,701 square meters, is leased by the Hornbach DIY chain on a long-term basis. Situated adjacent to one of Berlin’s major traffic routes, the property strategically serves a significant local population.
