Brooke Lindsay: First woman appointed to the Board at PTCL 

Brooke Lindsay, Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at e& (formerly Etisalat Group), has been appointed to the Board of PTCL, an integrated (fixed and mobile) telecom operator in Pakistan. 

The announcement was made by Lindsay on a LinkedIn post that read: 

“I am delighted to share that I have been appointed to the Board of PTCL, the largest integrated (fixed and mobile) telecom operator in Pakistan. Notably, I am the first woman to be appointed to the PTCL Board, a milestone that reinforces e&’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. 
 
I look forward to leveraging my expertise to drive positive change and contribute to PTCL Official’s continued success while driving growth and #innovation in the #telecom industry. Together, we will forge a path that delivers value and progress for all stakeholders.” 

In addition to her role as the Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at e&, Lindsay holds a position as a board member of Khazna Data Centers in the UAE.
