Guided by Group Chief Legal Officer Shaun Johnson (pictured), Beeah Group, a trailblazer in sustainability and digitalization, has established a joint venture with the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, and ALMQR Development Company, the investment arm of the Municipality of Medina.

In the presence of HRH Prince Faisal bin Salman Al Saud, Governor of Medina Province; HE Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen A. AlFadley, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture; and H.E Eng. Fahad bin Mohammed Albelaihshi, Secretary of Medina Province; the agreement was signed by Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO of BEEAH; HE Eng. This collaborative venture aims to deliver comprehensive waste management solutions in Medina, encompassing waste collection, segregation, processing, sorting, material recovery, disposal, and the overall administration of landfill and recycling facilities. With Beeah already having served parts of the city for over three years, the new partnership anticipates extending its services to further contribute to the waste diversion and sustainability objectives of Medina.
