Abu Dhabi took center by hosting The Inclusion Summit 2023, positioning itself as the epicenter for diversity and inclusion discussions during the largest cross-industry event in the MENA region.
Organized by DEI impact company, Aurora50, the two-day summit on November 9-10, 2023, shines a spotlight on crucial issues within the region’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda. The key focal points include gender balance, youth inclusion, the inclusion of People of Determination, and nationalization efforts, such as Emiratisation.
This significant event is expected to draw over 900 attendees, including government ministers and leaders from key business sectors. The summit boasts international keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, and ample networking opportunities.
Given the MENA region’s diverse composition of over 200 nationalities, the summit underscores the critical role of diversity and inclusion in shaping economic strategy.
