Asafo & Co advises on Côte d’Ivoire’s long-term investment venture

Asafo & Co., through its Casablanca and Abidjan offices, has provided advisory services to the Côte d’Ivoire government in the creation of a strategic long-term investment vehicle known as Facilité d’Investissement à Long Terme (FILT), which will operate as CDC-CI Capital.

CDC-CI Capital is a significant initiative for the Côte d’Ivoire government and has been established with the support of Moroccan group CDG Capital. The FILT vehicle aims to invest in innovative, high-growth start-ups and young SMEs, with a particular focus on priority sectors and enterprises led by women. Additionally, it will support large companies engaged in green investments within priority value chains. CDC-CI Capital represents a significant Morocco-Côte d’Ivoire collaboration, aligning with the ambitious goals of both countries to foster mutual benefits through South-South cooperation.
