Al Tamimi & Company promotes six new Partners 

Al Tamimi & Company has made six new Partner promotions, taking the Partner count at the firm to 88, across its 17 offices in 10 countries. The new partner appointments underline Al Tamimi & Company’s expertise and strength-in-depth across its offices and practice areas. 

The promotions are from within the firm’s Construction and Infrastructure, Employment and Incentives, Intellectual Property, Banking and Finance, and Litigation departments.   

The law firm has continued to recognise the dedication and commitment of its lawyers by announcing 19 partner promotions over the last two years.

Meet the newly appointed partners  

Noor_Al Rayes

Noor Al Rayes With over a decade of experience, she heads Al Tamimi Litigation practice in Bahrain. She joined the firm in 2017, during which she has assisted in the incorporation of a multitude of corporate entities and advising them in relation to compliance and regulatory matters, as well as, providing them with the necessary guidance. 

Mohsin_Khan

Mohsin Khan A solicitor qualified in England & Wales, he joined Al Tamimi in 2017 as a member of the Employment & Incentives practice, based in Saudi Arabia. Khan regularly advises local and international clients, across a wide variety of sectors, on contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.

Aisha Al Marzouqi Admitted to practice before the UAE Courts in 2010, she was a senior associate in the Litigation practice in Abu Dhabi. 

Euan_Lloyd

Euan Lloyd Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and New South Wales, he leads Al Tamimi & Company’s construction & infrastructure practice. Lloyd has practised in a variety of civil and common law jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East as well as Asia Pacific. He has significant construction claims and contentious construction experience. 

Sakshi_Puri

Sakshi Puri A solicitor qualified in England & Wales and an advocate admitted in India. She has joined Al Tamimi in 2011 and since has been primarily involved with syndicated lending transactions for asset finance, acquisition finance and project finance (using conventional and Islamic structures), in addition to bilateral lending, trade finance transactions for Indian Banks and restructuring and refinancing transactions.

Ahmad_Zaza

Ahmad Zaza An expert in the field of IP, he joined the firm in 2011 and since that he is practicing in IP, IT, media, transactional contracts and IP litigations. With over 10 years of experience in the Middle East region, he was exposed to all different aspects of IP issues and worked on massive number of trademark’s litigations & due to his extensive experience in IP.
