Al Tamimi celebrates Emirati Women’s Day
Al Tamimi and Company celebrated Emirati Women’s Day by hosting a special luncheon for the Emirati women within the company. This event not only honored their invaluable contributions but also underscored the firm’s commitment to Emiratisation and the empowerment of Emirati talent.
As part of their ongoing Emiratisation initiatives, Al Tamimi and Company made significant strides in enhancing the representation of Emirati professionals within the organisation. The firm have hired multiple Emirati employees over the past year, all holding management positions across the Business Services function.
About the celebration
The luncheon, which took place on August 28th, brought together Emirati women from various departments and levels within the company. This event provided a platform to recognize their outstanding achievements, discuss their experiences, and advance the dialogue on Emiratisation goals.

The event was attended by Samia Alrajaby, Head of HR Ops, who is a distinguished Emirati leader and a prominent advocate for gender equality in the workplace. Her participation underscored the significance of Emiratisation and the vital role Emirati women play in shaping the future of the nation’s workforce.
