Ahmad Anani: Charles Russell Speechlys’ new Head of Capital Markets
Ahmad Anani (pictured) joined Charles Russel Speechlys as head of capital markets and regulation Middle East in Doha, Qatar.
Ahmad Anani’s career path
Anani is regarded as one of the leading corporate, regulatory and capital markets lawyers in the region and joins from PwC Legal (Doha), having joined in 2022 as partner and leader of legal business solutions.
Prior to his role at PwC, he was office managing partner for Addleshaw Goddard (Doha), and also managing partner for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha).
Anani also manages a sports consultancy business backed by the Qatari government and public investment fund to promote and invest in sporting events across the world and this will complement the Firm’s sports offering across Europe and the Middle East.
