ADNA with Stellantis on SOPRIAM’s acquisition

ADNA has advised Stellantis on a two-phase acquisition of SOPRIAM, the automotive subsidiary of the Al Mada group. The first stage secures immediate majority control, with the complete acquisition of all shares planned for early 2025. This acquisition marks a significant step in Stellantis’ commitment to boost its operations and presence in Morocco.

With this acquisition, Stellantis Middle East & Africa will now handle the import and distribution of Peugeot, Citroën, and DS Automobiles in Morocco, alongside their existing brands including Fiat, Abarth & C. Spa, Jeep, Alfa Romeo.
