Ziad Touma named chief legal officer at Asyad Holding Group 

Saudi-based investment management company, Asyad Holding Group has appointed Ziad Touma (pictured) as its chief legal officer. Touma brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served in a number of senior legal positions throughout his career. 

Prior to joining Asyad Holding Group, Touma served for almost 6 years as group general counsel and chief compliance officer at Eshraq Investments. Before that, he held a number of other senior legal positions, including partner at Fichte Legal consultants, group general counsel at Amplex-Emirates, group general counsel at Al Rajhi Holding Group, Partner and head of corporate and real estate (Middles East) at Wongartnership, and senior legal consultant at Habib Al Mulla & Associates. He started his legal career as a barrister and legal consultant at Abouhamad Merhab Nohra Chamoun Chedid. 

In addition to his impressive legal career, Touma is also a respected academic, having served as a guest lecturer at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). His expertise and knowledge will undoubtedly be an asset to Asyad Holding Group, and we are excited to see the impact he will have in his new role.
