ZH&P advises on Dekheila and Sokhna Container Terminals’ deals 

Zaki Hashem & Partners (ZH&P), Attorneys at Law, has acted as the legal advisor to Alexandria Port Authority in connection with the concession agreement of B100, a new container terminal at El Dekheila Port. ZH&P also acted as the legal advisor to the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone in the concession agreement of a new container terminal in Ain Sokhna Port. Hutchison Ports is the main Partner in the concessionaire in both agreements.  

Zaki Hashem & Partners is taking part in these two concessions that fall under the Government of Egypt’s Development plan for Egyptian ports. Both concession agreements cover the construction and development of the super structure and use, management, operation, exploitation and transfer of the container terminals.  

The firm has previously also supported Damietta Port Authority in the Terminal 2 – Containers Concession Agreement and currently working on another assignment for another Port Authority.
