Zaki Hashem & Partners on new joint venture, Antipollution Egypt
Zaki Hashem & Partners has provided legal counsel to V.Group and Antipollution for their joint venture with Suez Shipyard Company and Canal Company, both fully-owned subsidiaries of the Suez Canal Authority, and businessman Eric Adam.
The joint venture will lead to the establishment of “Antipollution Egypt”, an Egyptian joint stock company that shall provide integrated solid and liquid waste management services as part of the logistical services offered to ships passing through Suez Canal.
