Zaki Hashem & Partners advises on landmark securitization deal
Zaki Hashem & Partners, Attorneys at Law, acted as legal counsel in a significant securitization deal for Aman for Financial Services and Aman for Consumer Finance. The successful transaction amounted to a remarkable 859,000,000 EGP.
The securitization deal represents the second issuance of the first multiple-issuances program of Aman Securitization, initially slated for an impressive EGP 5 billion. The completion of the second issuance, valued at 859 million Egyptian pounds, was secured in four tranches, backed by consumer finance loans originating from both Aman Financial Services SAE and Aman Consumer Finance SAE, the Originating Entities.
With CI Capital acted as sole lead-arranger and underwriter, the issuance was almost two times oversubscribed and received positive reaction from the overall Debt Capital Market (DCM) investment community in Egypt.
