White & Case Elevates 42 Lawyers to Partnership for 2024
Global law firm White & Case has announced the appointment of 42 lawyers from diverse regions worldwide to its partnership. This new partner class, effective January 1, 2024, represents a broad spectrum of expertise, skills, and backgrounds across 11 of the firm’s practices, 18 offices, and 13 countries spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

The MENA region welcomes four new partners:
Mark Andrews: Partner in the Global Project Development and Finance Practice, currently based in London and relocating to the Abu Dhabi office in January 2024. Andrews specializes in financing major energy, infrastructure, and energy transition projects.
Claire Patrick: Partner in the Global Project Development and Finance Practice, presently based in London and set to move to the Abu Dhabi office in January 2024. Patrick’s focus lies in the energy sector, particularly in low-carbon fuels for energy transition initiatives.
Habeeb Rahman: Partner in the Construction Practice, located in Abu Dhabi. Rahman specializes in front-end construction, technology licensing, and project development related to significant energy, petrochemical, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
Aimy Roshan: Partner in the International Arbitration Practice, based in Dubai. Roshan’s expertise centers on international arbitration and managing complex multijurisdictional disputes, with a primary focus on state-owned entities and multinational companies.
