Squire Patton Boggs with Taaleem on acquisiton
Squire Patton Boggs advises Taaleem Holdings on the acquisition of Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé Meydan School (LLFP Meydan) in Dubai. Taaleem is one of the largest K-12 premium education providers in the UAE.
LLFP Meydan is a French curriculum school with a capacity of 1,900 students, comprising 26 different nationalities. Its campus in Meydan, Dubai spans over 35,700 sqm. The acquisition enables Taaleem to reach new communities and grow its student population.
