Squire Patton Boggs Elevates Abdulaziz Al-Alami to Partner
Squire Patton Boggs has announced the promotion of 13 lawyers to partner and three to principal positions across their international offices.

Among the newly promoted partners is Abdulaziz Al-Alami (pictured), who hails from the Corporate practice at the firm’s Riyadh office. With a robust background in corporate law, Al-Alami brings extensive experience in advising both national and foreign entities on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, capital markets, and corporate governance.
Al-Alami’s expertise also extends to handling commercial arbitration proceedings within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he has represented clients before various legal bodies including General Courts, Commercial Courts, the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes, and the Committees for Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations. Notably, Al-Alami is qualified and admitted to the bar in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Saudi Arabia.
