Alaa Al Hinai’s career path
Al Hinai joined SASLO in 2018 as a trainee lawyer. She was promoted to the position of associate in October 2019. Prior to that, she joined qLegal as a student advisor – from October 2016 to May 2017 – and Dentons as a legal intern (in August 2015).
Al Hinai advises clients on banking and finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, employment, and data protection. She has a strong track record in equity investments, PE/VC style investments, and intra-shareholder arrangements.
