sarie eldin & partners – announce its successful role as legal advisor to Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi Real Estate Development Company (“Talaat Moustafa Saudi”) on a landmark agreement with the Saudi National Housing Company (“NHC”).
Signed on Tuesday in Riyadh, the agreement establishes a strategic partnership for the development of the “Banan” project in the Al-Fursan suburb, east of the capital. Spanning 10 million square meters, the project will be built upon the model of integrated smart Egyptian cities like Madinaty, Al-Rehab, and Nour, previously developed by Talaat Moustafa Group in New Cairo.
Sarid Al-Din, in close collaboration with Talaat Moustafa Group’s legal team, played a critical role in drafting the agreement and navigating all necessary legal procedures.
