Mesquita’s advisory focuses on financing – specialising on global private credit, structured financial products, and debt restructurings, both on a conventional and Shari’a-compliant basis. Her sectorial expertise encompasses real estate, consumer finance, and technology.
The context
Mesquita’s arrival bolsters Rimon’s private credit team lineups – already active in New York, London, and Sydney. The group in question joined Rimon from Akin Gump last year.
“Private credit is driving much of today’s financial innovation, and the Middle East is becoming an increasingly important hub for that activity,” commented the firm’s managing partner Juan Zúñiga.
