Property Finder’s financing from Francisco Partners

White & Case has advised Property Finder, a Dubai-based real estate platform that operates primarily in the UAE and has recently expanded into Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, on its US$90 million in a term loan from Francisco Partners, advised by Latham & Watkins.

The transaction marks Francisco Partners’ first investment in the UAE and highlights the growing importance of private lending in the Middle East.

The teams

Partners Christian Adams, Haim Zaltzman, and Elizabeth Oh, with associates Mustafa Darwich and Anna Borsuk led Latham & Watkins’ team. Partners Hendrik Smit and Christopher Clark also supported the team on corporate matters while partners Sean Finn and Katharine Moir, with associate Thomas O’Malley assisted it on tax issues.

Partner William Watson (pictured) led Dubai White & Case’s team, which further included associates Sam Manful, Noren Bhulji and Felix Mueller.
