Pinsent Masons’ new partner: William Reichert
William Reichert (pictured) is the latest addition to Pinsent Masons’ corporate team in Dubai, effective September 1st, 2025.
Reichert moves from Charles Russell Speechlys, where he led the Middle East corporate practice for six years – from 2019 onwards. Previously, he worked with K&L Gates LLP for over 9 years.
The profile
Reichert holds dual qualification in the United States and England & Wales. His experience spans complex corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity deals, venture capital investments and restructuring and compliance matters.
Moreover, he specialises in private, mid-market M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, and dedicates a particular focus to real estate, TMT, finance, retail, energy, and natural resources.
