Pinsent Masons’ new head of employment: Sairah Narmah-Alqasim

Pinsent Masons announced the hire of Sairah Narmah-Alqasim (pictured). The new addition will serve as head of the employment practice for the firm’s newly launched Riyadh office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). 

Narmah-Alqasim joins from Dentons, where she spent 7 years, culminating as head of the employment practice for KSA, whilst also undertaking multiple other leadership roles.  

The profile

After spending her traineeship period  at Pinsent Masons, Sairah Narmah-Alqasim embarked on a decade-long career spanning  in-house roles in the United Kingdom and KSA, and private practice experience.

More specifically, she held dual roles as both senior in-house counsel and Vice Dean of the College of Law at the University of Business & Technology and was senior in-house counsel and Head of the Law Department at Dar Al-Hekma University, one of the first all-women universities in KSA.

Narmah-Alqasim’s legal expertise spans corporate structuring, corporate compliance and regulatory matters, as well as cross-sector transactions, with a specialism in education. She advises wide public between private and listed companies and ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as sovereign wealth funds.
