Horizons & Co. Welcomes Paul Blakeway as Senior Counsel 

UAE-based Dispute Resolution firm, Horizons & Co., has bolstered its Arbitration practice with the appointment of Paul Blakeway (pictured) as Senior Counsel. Blakeway, an accomplished lawyer qualified in England and Wales, brings over a decade of experience in the UAE, specializing in dispute resolution across various sectors. Known for his expertise in construction, engineering, insolvency, and inbound investments, he is well-versed in handling complex cases under institutional rules such as DIAC, ICC, LCIA, and SCCA. Additionally, he is a registered practitioner with the DIFC Courts and represents clients in the High Courts of England & Wales. 

Of his appointment, Blakeway said “I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Horizons & Co. as instructing counsel for nearly ten years.
