Othmane Saadani: new Bin Sevan’s partner
Bin Sevan, based in Dubai, has strengthened its arbitration & dispute resolution practice with the addition of partner Othmane Saadani (pictured).
Othmane Saadani’s career path
Prior to joining Bin Sevan Advocates, he founded the international disputes boutique Saadani & Associates in 2018. He also served as Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, leading the case management team in charge of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Saadani has practiced extensively in the field of international arbitration and litigation. He regularly represents private companies, states, and state entities in commercial disputes as well as
investor-state disputes. He also appears before offshore common law jurisdictions, including the Courts
of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Additionally, Saadani has extensive experience in post arbitration litigation, such as setting aside actions and enforcement of arbitral awards, having acted in high-profile enforcement matters. Saadani is a dual-trained civil and common law lawyer and is a member of the New York state bar. He speaks English, French, and Arabic.
